為極大化採光，本案以玻璃隔間和開放式手法來創造明亮的空間感，讓自然光線能以各種角度穿透室內。運用特製的弧形鋁製燈條來形成天花板的造型，以此界定區域，並使光線舒適柔美，其圓弧造型也柔軟了空間線條。在公共區域規劃了一個以玻璃牆搭配風琴簾作為空間區隔的多功能空間，藉由可收納的折疊床為空間創造彈性，可視需求作為客房或休閒聚會、運動空間來使用。光的線條與質感帶動了家氛圍，這個計畫藉由開放而通透的設計，滿足了剛從紐約搬回台灣、經常在家活動、熱愛陽光的一家四口，在新的居所展開新的篇章。
To maximize light, the designer uses glass partitions and an open-concept approach to create a sense of brightness, allowing natural light to penetrate the room at various angles. Special curved aluminum light bars are used to form the ceiling shape, which defines the area and softens the light, and the circular shapes minimize the sharpness of the corners. In the common area, a multi-functional space was planned with glass wall and honeycomb shades as a spatial partition. The area features a foldable bed which can transform the room into either a guest room or an exercise zone. The lines and textures of light drives the atmosphere of the home, and this project, with its open-concept design, satisfys a family of four who have just moved back to Taiwan from New York, who love the sun and are happy to start a new chapter in their new apartment.
